This historic 11-story building is being converted from Office Use to Loft Residential Use. A total of 54 units is planned, many with panoramic views of the downtown and waterfront. Units are designed with oversized living/dining areas, island kitchens and open ceilings.
The building has a concrete frame with 8” thick slabs and 16” columns with flared tops which will contribute to the industrial feel desired in this type of unit. The finish package features hardwood maple flooring in public spaces, granite counters and hardwood cabinets in kitchens, and stone counters and tile at bathrooms. All construction is new, including HVAC, sprinkler and electric.
