Franklin, MA
Temple Etz Chaim is a three-part project to accommodate the growing needs of a young congregation in Franklin. The centerpiece of the 18-acre site will be a 5000 sf sanctuary building which will house all religious and social activities. The building is woodframe and will be clad in two types of siding which are panelized for scale, pattern and installation ease.
A second free-standing structure will be built to house the congregation’s religious school. Also a one-story structure, this will consist of six modular classrooms.
The third piece is an existing house which has been used for offices, school and sanctuary since the congregation started. This structure will be revised for offices and painted to match the new sanctuary.
