This project presented significant challenge as its prime objective was to reconfigure and upgrade a 13,000 sf office suite while it was occupied.

The tenant, a 100-person accounting firm, staged the project during the non-tax season, with employees working at home, to allow for phasing of the work. The project consisted of a complete realignment of departments, renovation of the administration department and a lobby upgrade, which received a complete makeover to enhance the firm’s presence to its clients and visitors.
